This morning coming back from the beach I went by one of the many marinas on the island. These boats looked so lonely I had to take a picture. They are all waiting for the call that their owners want to play.
That IS sad. Being from an oceanic community, I can appreciate seeing these multi level mini-boat slips and used to feel the same way when passing by. Nice to know I'm not alone in my sorrow for the little neglected crafts.
Your art is beautiful and so is your blog. I am also in the art in a carton project and can't wait until I get mine, but I'm way down on the list.
Your comments are very much appreciated. I look forward to them. I try to answer any questions and reply to comments as quickly as possible. Please feel free to leave me your email so I can do so.

This image looks so cool when enlarged. Great composition. I love the repetition of the boats. I hope I'm never "shelved" as these boats are.
