say a little prayer
This weeks challenge from
The Three Muses is Angels. One of my favorite themes. I love to take pictures in cemeteries of the towns I visit. You can tell so much about a place by their cemeteries. Here is my angel. We all could use a prayer or two. I am praying for a better year for everyone.

And I will say a prayer for your year too, Elizabeth. What a beautiful angel art piece. Gorgeous! Hugs, Gayle.
ReplyDeleteThis is one of the most expressive and beautiful stone angels I've seen! Thank you so much for sharing her. I love to explore old cemeteries too. I once visited an old pioneer cemetery where some of my ancestors were buried. Noting a message nearly buried from view, I carefully brushed aside grass and soil to read "Think of me as you pass by, for you too shall surely die"! Hmmm
