That is very sad. We like to think we've made a difference. This is a reminder that we complain so much about big business and oil companies and other major polluters but the single person who isn't careful adds to the whole. One person does make a difference either way.

I found this poster to be somewhat discouraging. After 41 years we have not cleaned up more than this. Really?
