Some Holiday Freebies

I wonder what the secret is here.

Just the cutest thing ever...

What an Angel!

She looks so serious. I need a helper to decorate!

Love her muff. I had one of these as a child with a stuffed kitty toy that fit inside.

I hope everyone had a fantastic week. I
have been missing in action. It has been
a mad rush to complete unpacking the rest
of the boxes here. I am trying to make
room for the last storage unit. I would
like to have everything under one roof
before the New Year. I got sidetracked
by a nasty migraine. They make you
feel so wretched. Words can not describe
how terrible they are.

This week I thought I would share a few
French Postcards with a Holiday theme.
I love these little poppets. They are
so darling. I think they would make
really cute gift tags. I do hope you
enjoy them. Have a fab weekend!

The birds are singing, everything is in bloom. The days are getting longer. Hope everything is right in your world.

Friday Freebies!

I love this picture. She has such a look on her. This whole family of little girls is so sweet.

The older sister of the first little one with flowers. This is the season of flowers.

The older sister again at about the same age. I love that they wore flowers in their hair. I wish more people did now.

Love the big straw hat. I don't think she is related to the other two, although you do see her modeling with them. This photographer could really pick them.

She looks like a little gypsy princess.

This week I thought I would use these three little girls. They were so popular during there time. I wish I knew more about them. The last one is my favorite. I must have about 50 different postcards with her on them. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do. have a wonderful weekend!

Freebies - Vintage French Postcards - Girls

Isn't she sweet with her toy pup?

Love her yellow roses.

The green ribbon is so pretty.

Such a sweetie!

A vision in yellow.

Here are some little darlings for you to use in your artwork. I was having a hard time trying to decide what kind of freebies to use this week and so I asked a blog friend - Jan Richards. She suggested vintage girls or ladies so here you go Jan and by the way a belated birthday wish to you!

Its My Party ....Freebies

Because it is my birthday weekend I decided to pick something that I thought everyone would like...so ...here are some French Postcards for you. I am thinking the thing they all have in common is hair things. My BFF sent me a box full of goodies - some of them were wonderful hair ornaments from when we were in high school. I still have the long hair so she sent me hers, they are FAB...silver , tortoise shell, yummy.

She looks dressed up for a party.

She looks like she might be the entertainment for the party.

She is the princess of the party!

What better way to spend a special day than with a friend.

Just too cute, love the ribbon in her hair.

The party is over she is ready to go home.

Freebies - French Postcards - Wedding Bells

Yes, June is here. I can smell the flowers and the nights are longer. June is traditionally thought of as the wedding month. We have an anniversary in our family this month. My oldest and his beautiful wife. Congratulations. Their wedding was one of the most beautiful and charming I have been to in awhile. Her dress was absolutely stunning. So, in their honor...

p.s. if you are liking these June at Art Freebies has some freebies along the same line. Please go check out her freebies!

Freebies #30 -French Postcards

Today when I decided to post my freebies I decided to just do a whole french theme thing. I have been trying to decide how to celebrate a year of blogging - coming up soon - and having over 500 posts. Do I do a give away? What do I give away? I have been putting things aside and debating what to do. Going to other blogs and checking out their giveaways, etc. So I decided today to give away ALOT of images to everyone at one time. A gift of sorts. The giveaways go to one or two people, and I want to give to as many as possible so here is my mini image giveaway.

Freebies # 22 - French Postcards

These are my favorite models for these type of postcards. The little on who has her hands up to her chin is my favorite. She usually is in gypsy clothes. I have about sixty images of her as a child and several as a teenager into woman hood. I wonder if her parent wasn't the photographer. Some of the early ones I have of her she is a baby with a woman. Then a couple with an older girl then a younger girl. I wonder who she was... The young girl in the butterfly dress is usually with her sister. You can see her is some of the early freebies I posted. I am always interested in what and how you use these images. Please share with us.
