The Red Leaf

Here on the coast it has finally turned Fall. We have had a lot of warm days so it was slow coming. This weekend everything just sort of popped red. This is a leaf from a Bradford Pear tree. They are described as heart shaped. I was able to get some beautiful pictures of the trees this year. I just wanted to share this one with you.

Gorgeous capture, Elizabeth! Our leaves have all been stripped from the trees and strewn on the ground for weeks. Thank you for this bit of bright color! Hugs, Terri xoxo
