The Journal Cover
This is the start of my Journal Cover for the Dina Wakley class - Art Journaling - I am taking. The beautiful image of the woman is from Terri at Pringle Hill Studios. I think she is so beautiful and what a magnificent dress. This journal is still very much a work in progress. Last week I had almost no time to work in it, so the past few evenings I have tried to get some collage down on every page so that I can move on to the text part. As I work on the collages I am making up little stories in my head and how they relate to what is going on in my life.

Absolutely stunning. This is going to be a fantastic journal to treasure I'm sure x
this is so pretty!
I like ALL your journal pages (no matter what you say about some of the backgrounds :) and this cover might be my favorite (it's the dictionary page showing through in the background). The lighting on the pear, on the portrait and your background coloring make an exciting combination.
I'm so flattered that you've used my image for your journal cover! I couldn't think of a better "home" for her. Love, Love, LOVE this journal, Elizabeth. It's sure to be a treasure! Hugs, Terri xoxo
Just beautiful. I love the softness of the colors. :)Bea

Absolutely gorgeous! I have enjoyed seeing all your journal pages. They are so colorful and the images so meaning full.

Beautiful--your journal is going to be fabulous!!
Your page is just so rich and lush! Amazing!
So lovely, Elizabeth! You will surely treasure this journal!
:)
This is really a beautiful journal cover!
I love all your journal pages. I really want to take one of her classes someday. I think after looking at your pages I realize that maybe my approach is what is slowing me down. I tend to approach a page start to finish instead of working background and collage then when I'm ready to write just finding the page to match my mood. I need another journal now to try this style.
