Art Creations Friday - Life is a Journey

This weeks challenge for Art Creations Friday was this awesome grungy background. It looks like they used cardboard, dry wall tape, plaster and even duct tape and gauze on this background. I absolutely love it. I wanted to do something with it that showed off it's texture. I am not sure I achieved that but here is my first attempt.

You did a wonderful job of letting the texture show through, Elizabeth. I had all sorts of trouble with this one, and I admire what you've done with it.

By the way, thanks for your kind comments on mine, and yes, of course, feel free to post it on your blog if you like. I loved the store front image and couldn't wait to use it.
